NEWTON, Yvonne Keaton
Born July 1, 1934, in Bogalusa, Louisiana. Passed away Nov. 1, 2010, in Lancaster, Calif. She has lived in the Antelope Valley since 1975. She worked for 49 years as a Medical Transcriptionist. Survived by her sons Michael, George Jr., Joseph, Daniel Chisham, Russell Rosado, daughters Carol Dixon, Edna Calderon, and Claire Dodge, 15 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren, brother Daniel Keaton of Bogalusa, Louisiana, sister Doris Ventimiglia of Kansas City, Mo. She was preceded in death by her husband Ira D. Newton, parents, brother J.V. Keaton, sister Jean Richardson and Bertie Anderson. Memorial Service will be held at 1 p.m., Saturday, Nov. 6, 2010, at Halley-Olsen-Murphy,Lancaster Chapel.
