BREWER, Leslie Layne
Aug. 22, 1960 ~ Oct. 14, 2010
Layne passed away on October 14, 2010. He is survived by two daughters, Lexis and Heather; his parents Donna Christiansen, and Lance Brewer, a step-mother Elvia Cruz Brewer, a special aunt Mary Brewer Lynch, and an aunt, Eva Markham; a step-brother, Joseph Cruz, and step-sister, Erika Cruz Sindhuphak; two sisters, Sherri Brewer Scott, and Abby Brewer Johnson. Layne grew up in Amarillo prior to coming to Lancaster at age 19 to live with, and spend time with his father who had just retired from the U.S. Army. Layne enjoyed a 28 year career with Lockheed Skunk Works. A devoted father, and a close friend to a great many, it was always said that 'to be Laynes friend was to have a friend for life.' Funeral arrangements are pending at Halley-Olsen-Murphy,Lancaster.
