PREASMYER, Helen Irene
Born Feb. 12, 1923, in Ipswich, South Dakota. Passed away Sept. 21, 2010, at her home in Quartz Hill. She has lived in the Antelope Valley for 54 years. Survived by 3 sons William (Roberta) Preasmyer of Las Vegas, Nev., Larry (Georgia) Preasmyer of Quartz Hill, Calif., Dennis Preasmyer of Quartz Hill, Calif., 6 daughters Sally Taggert of Klamath, Ore., Lynda King of Quartz Hill, Helen (Doug) Hoffman of Quartz Hill, Brenda (Larry) Hoyle of Quartz Hill, Dianna (Dale) Slavinski of Quartz Hill, and Sandy (Ted) Roybal of Lancaster. Also survived by 19 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by her husband Edward Louis Preasmyer Jr., son Edward Louis Preasmyer III and grandson William Edward Slavinski. Services will be held at 1 p.m., Saturday, Sept. 25, 2010, at Joshua Memorial Park & Mortuary, Lancaster.
