HALL (Skinner), Wilma Crystal Born July 24, 1915, in Braggs, Oklahoma. Passed away at the young age of 95, on Sept. 10, 2010, in Lancaster, Calif. Wilma lived in the Antelope Valley from 1942 to 1974, and from 2002 to 2010, most recently in Tehachapi, living with her daughter Barbara and family. She enjoyed reading and traveling. A couple of her favorite memories were a recreational wagon train trip from Lancaster to Death Valley and back and a trip to Hawaii. Preceded in death by her first husband Cecil Skinner in 1973, second husband Kenneth Hall in the early 1990s, and son Billy Skinner in 2009. Survived by her son, Charles 'Chuck' Skinner and spouse Sharren of Quartz Hill, her daughter, Barbara Beckmann and spouse Joel of Tehachapi, sisters Marie Thomason and Nadine Davis of Oklahoma, and many other relatives. Wilma was blessed with 8 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren, and 7 great-great-grandchildren. Viewing will be held from 4 to 8 p.m., Thursday, Sept. 16, 2010. Memorial Service will be held at 11 a.m., Friday, Sept. 17, 2010, both at Joshua Memorial Park & Mortuary, in Lancaster Calif.
