MCGEHEE, Betty Jean
Born November 14, 1933, in Joliet, Illinois. Passed away August 7, 2010, in Lancaster, Calif. She is survived by Karen Lester, Jean Kulm and husband George, nieces, Jackie Marks, Barbara Wynne, and Judi Blazekovich. Betty has been a resident of Leona Valley since 1957. She is a life member of the Antelope Valley Kennel Club and a member of the Leona Valley Racketeers 4-H Club for over 40 years. She served as past president, past show chairman and was currently was on the board of directors for the Antelope Valley Kennel Club. The Antelope Valley Kennel Club was a very large part of her life. Betty showed her own dogs as well as for others. Betty will be missed by many friends and neighbors.
