GODWIN, Elizabeth Ann Born Jan. 29, 1971, in Sylmar, Calif. Passed away August 2, 2010, in Lake Los Angeles, Calif. She grew up in Lake Los Angeles attended Antelope Valley High School. She worked for LA Co. DPSS for 10 years. She enjoyed Crocheting bedding and camping. Her special accomplishment was being a loving caring person. She had the gift of gab, and seeing her grandson born. She is survived by her companion David Combest, daughter Diandra Marshall, grandchildren Brody and Jayden Stephens. Visitation will be held from 4 to 8 p.m., Friday, August 13, 2010, Funeral Service will be held at 11 a.m., Saturday, August 14, 2010, both at Halley-Olsen-Murphy, Lancaster. Burial will be at Desert Lawn at a later date. My Mother, Elizabeth Godwin was such a kind hearted woman. She would always help anyone who needed help. She was always there. She was my only parent for a long time, but she always made sure I had everything I needed. She saw her grandson Brody Stephens born. She was so happy that day. I loved her so much she was so young. She didnt deserve to go the way she did. I will always love you mom and Ill always miss you. I promise Brody and Jayden will know all about you. I love you mommy. ~ Diandra Marshall Elizabeth my love! My everything! She showed me how to love and live. She was always there for me no matter what. She loved life! and she loved it to the fullest. Her friends who knew her and loved her and would do anything for her, just as she would for them. I love you Elizabeth, youre my soulmate. I will always love you!
