EDWARDS, Sr., Lawrence 'Bobby'
Born May 13, 1951, in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. Passed away on May 31, 2010, at Centinela Hospital in Inglewood, California. Lawrence was a proud member of the United States Air Force. He was a Vietnam veteran, graphic artist, board game inventor and more importantly a beloved father, brother and friend who served his country well. He leaves behind his lovely companion Ada Williams, 3 sons Shannon Perkins, Dedtric Perkins and Lawrence B. Edwards Jr. and his daughter Antwonette Latrice Hobson. His memory will be cherished by his brother Otis Edwards and other special relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by two siblings Gertrude Scates and Willie 'Sonnie' Edwards. Viewing will be held from 1 to 3 p.m., with Services at 3 p.m., Sunday, June 6, 2010, at Hicks Mortuary 8837 East Palmdale Blvd, Palmdale, Calif.
