COZBY, William Howard K. Joined his Heavenly Father on April 25, 2010. Born Feb. 17, 1930, in Honolulu, Hawaii. He came to the Antelope Valley in February 1949. He lived on a ranch in Llano where he raised broom corn and made brooms. Later he worked for Sparkletts where he delivered bottles to the warehouses. He moved to Orange County and became a truck driver (hauling dirt then longhaul). In 1980, he moved back to Pearblossom and bought the Pearblossom hardware store which he owned and operated with his wife and children. He leaves a wife, Lydia and 4 children, Puanai Craig, Bruce Cozby, Kuulei Arredondo and Kalani Knox, nine grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. A celebration of his life will be held at 11 a.m., Saturday, May 22, 2010, at the Desert Vineyard Church, 1011 E. Ave I, Lancaster, CA 93535.
