MELLO II, James F., born August 23, 1928, in Massachusetts. Passed away March 9, 2010, in Santa Clarita, Calif. Survived by his wife, Josiphine Mello, son, James Mello III, daughters, Linda Mello- Griffith, and Lisa Mello, 4 grandchildren, and 6 great-grandchildren. Mr. Mello is a vet of World War II and the Korean War. He also served in the Navy and Coast Guard. Mr. Mello owned 'Mellos welding service' and was a member of the Elks Lodge for 35 years. In loving memory of a man of many stories, a Memorial Service will be held at 10 a.m., Saturday, April 17, 2010, at the Santa Clarita Elks Lodge, 17766 Sierra Highway, Canyon Country, CA 91350.
