TASTAD, Jack W., age 75, passed away April 11, 2010, in Lancaster, California. Jack was born November 1, 1934, Watertown, South Dakota and was raised in Southern California. He served his country in the Air Force for 22 years and retired in 1974. Jack has lived in the Antelope Valley for 20 years and was a life member of the Quartz Hill VFW Post 3000. He is survived by his wife, Cindy Tastad of Lancaster, two daughters, Jennifer Park and her husband Alan of Palmdale, Suzie Tastad of Nevada, one brother, Robert Tastad and his wife Martha of Florida, and one grandson Jessie Park. Memorial services will be held 12 p.m., Saturday, April 17, 2010, at Quartz Hill VFW Post 3000, 4342 West Avenue L, Quartz Hill. Private interment will take place at Riverside National Cemetery. Arrangements by Halley-Olsen-Murphy,Lancaster Chapel.
