CRUZ, Elena P.
Born November 11, 1927, in Agana, Guam. Passed away March 29, 2010, in Lancaster, Calif. Elena was born and raised in Guam, then came to the Antelope Valley in 1953. She worked at Sarges Restaurant in Quartz Hill. Survived by her husband Antonio, brother Greg Perez in Washington State, sons Joe, Larry and Mike, daughters Louise Bush, Pilar Foley, Mary Gregg and Flo Richmond. Also survived by 18 grandchildren and 42 great-grandchildren who knew her as 'Nana'. Visitation will be held from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m., Monday, April 5, 2010, with a Rosary at 6:30 p.m., Mass will be held at 10 a.m., Tuesday, April 6, 2010, both at Father Serra Parish, Quartz Hill. Following the Mass will be the burial at Joshua Memorial Park, Lancaster, Calif. Arrangements entrusted to Halley-Olsen-Murphy, Lancaster.
