He is survived by his mother Keely Cook-Parkhurst, father John Parkhurst, sister Taylor Parkhurst, 1 nephew and 2 nieces. A Celebration of his Life will be held at 11a.m., Friday, March 19, 2010, at the Desert Vineyard, 1011 E. Ave I. Lancaster.
