SKINNER, BILLY FRANKLYN
SKINNER, Billy Franklin Passed away February 16, 2010, at the age of 71, after a lengthy illness. Bill was born in Tahlequah, Oklahoma to Cecil and Wilma Skinner on January 10, 1939. He moved with his family to Lancaster in August 1942. He attended Antelope Valley High School and graduated in 1959. He was employed as a truck driver for Ryckebosch and Sons for thirty years. He is survived by his mother Wilma Hall, brother Charles (Sharon) Skinner, sister Barbara (Joel) Beckmann, daughters Tawna (Tom) Otto, Tranell (Chris) Chavez, Jolleen (Richard) Paiz, ten grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. Viewing will be held from 4 to 8 p.m., Tuesday, Feb. 23, 2010, Funeral Service will be held at 10 a.m., Wednesday, Feb. 24, 2010, both at Joshua Memorial Park & Mortuary, Lancaster.
