HIGUERA, Seferino 'Carlos', born March 8, 1916, in Florence, Ariz. Passed away February 14, 2010, in Lancaster, Calif. He served in the U.S. Army during World War II. Survived by his wife Celia of 60 years, a large family of nephews, nieces and numerous relatives and friends. He established the La Fiesta Restaurant, from 1955 to 1978. He was known as the king of Margaritas. Visitation will be held from 2:30 to 4:30 p.m., Friday, February 19, 2010, at Joshua Memorial Park & Mortuary, Lancaster.
