HIGGINS, Willie B., 96, a resident of Quartz Hill, Calif., passed away on Friday, December 4, 2009. She is survived by her beloved family of 2 daughters of Lancaster, Calif., one daughter and son-in-law of Houston, Texas and one son of Quartz Hill, Calif. She leaved to grieve 16 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren, 16 great- great-grandchildren, and 1 niece. Viewing will be held from 4 to 8 p.m., Tuesday, December 15, 2009, with a Memorial Service at 10 a.m., Wednesday, December 16, 2009, both at Halley-Olsen- Murphy, Lancaster.
