Born May 2, 1934, in Clovis, New Mexico. Passed away Dec. 7, 2009, from Pancreatic Cancer. He served years in the U.S. Air Force serving in Germany, meeting Hella and later married her. They moved to California. He worked for Rockwell and retired after 45 years. Then he was manager at a mobile home park for 16 years. children Chelsea, Steven and Uneak. Also survived by the mother of his children Hella Piper, step-children and step-grandchildren. Preceded in death by his son Steven Franklin, and his second wife Florence Franklin. Memorial Service will be held at 5 p.m., Thursday, Dec. 17, 2009, at Elks Lodge, 240 Ave K, Lancaster. He was a great father and grandpa, he was loved by his family and grandchildren.
