HISTORIC FLAG - Air Force Junior ROTC members raise the U.S. flag in the front of Highland High School in Palmdale during Sept. 11 commemoration ceremonies Wednesday. The large flag, donated by teacher Ed Mooney, had flown at a municipal building in Southern Pennsylvania near the town where Flight 93 crashed on Sept. 11, 2001.
