4 Jethawks at Bakersfield JetHawks 8, Blaze 3.

5 Jethawks at Bakersfield

6 Jethawks at Bakersfield Blaze 4, JetHawks 3 (11 innings). Juan Espinal's home run in the 11th inning spoiled a solid performance by JetHawks pitcher Ken Cloude, who struck out 11 in five innings.

Week 2

7 Jethawks at Visalia JetHawks 9, Oaks 8. Lancaster won its third game, but it wasn't easy as the bullpen blew a large lead.

8 Jethawks at Visalia JetHawks 9, Oaks 8.

9 Jethawks at Visalia JetHawks 14, Oaks 5. James Clifford, hitting just .105 entering the game, homered and tripled to lead Lancaster's 18-hit attack.

10 Jethawks at San Jose Giants 7, JetHawks 3. San Jose scored two runs in three of the first four innings and went on to beat Lancaster.

11 Jethawks at San Jose Giants. Mike Lanza, filling in for injured shortstop Luis Molina, went 4-for-4 to help Lancaster take a 16-7 lead in the bottom of the eighth inning.

12 Jethawks at San Jose JetHawks 6, Giants 0. Robert Worley threw seven shutout innings as Lancaster ended its series in San Jose.

13 Jethawks at Adelanto JetHawks 10, Mavericks 2. A lack of sleep and a long bus ride didn't bother the JetHawks, who pounded High Desert behind Shane Monahan's three hits.

15 Jethawks at Adelanto JetHawks 15, Mavericks 3. Lancaster discovered its batting stroke in the sixth inning and went on to defeat High Desert.

16 Visalia at JetHawks JetHawks 7, Oaks 3. More than 6, 000 watched the JetHawks score six runs in the first inning to win their home opener.

17 Visalia at JetHawks JetHawks 7, Oaks 2. Lancaster improved to 2-0 at home behind a strong performance by Robert Worley.

18 Visalia at JetHawks JetHawks 7, Oaks 3. A five-run outburst in the sixth inning was the difference as Lancaster improved to 3-0 at home.

19 Adelanto at JetHawks JetHawks 4, Mavericks 0. Ivan Montane and John Daniels combined to shut out High Desert.

1 San Bernardino at JetHawks JetHawks 8, Stampede 7. Shane Monahan and James Clifford rallied first-place Lancaster past second-place San Bernardino.

2 San Bernardino at JetHawks Stampede 12, JetHawks 9. After falling behind early, Lancaster rallied, but it wasn't enough to catch San Bernardino.

3 JetHawks at Rancho Cucamonga Quakes 8, JetHawks 5. James Clifford's two home runs wasn't enough as Lancaster continued to struggle with the defense in the loss.

4 JetHawks at Rancho Cucamonga Quakes 5, JetHawks 1. Lancaster committed five errors en route to its third-straight loss.

6 JetHawks at Rancho Cucamonga Rancho Cucamonga 12, Quakes 10. Lancaster scored eight runs in the final two innings to beat Rancho Cucamonga.

7 Lake Elsinore at JetHawks Storm 12, JetHawks 8. Lake Elsinore scored four times in the 11th inning to defeat Lancaster.

8 Lake Elsinore at JetHawks Storm 11, JetHawks 0. Loss drops 'Hawks a game behind Storm.

9 Lake Elsinore at JetHawks Storm 10, JetHawks 3. Lake Elsinore swept the three-game series behind the strong pitching of Jarrod Washburn.

10 Stockton at JetHawks Ports 5, JetHawks 4. Stockton's Jermaine Swinton hit a home run off reliever John Thompson to send the JetHawks to their fourth-straight loss.

11 Stockton at JetHawks Ports 8, JetHawks 2. Stockton pitcher Steve Woodard - who came into the game with a sub-.500 record and 5.58 ERA - pitched a complete game and shut out Lancaster for the final eight innings.

Week 7

May 12 Stockton at JetHawks

May 13 JetHawks at Lake Elsinore Storm 5, JetHawks 4. Lancaster began its seven-game road trip with its seventh-straight loss.

May 14, JetHawks at Stockton Ports 6, JetHawks 2. Lancaster was unable to generate offense after an eight-hour bus ride and has now lost 11 of its last 12 games.

May 15, JetHawks at Stockton Ports 3, 'Hawks 2. Rained out, the game was made up in a double header Thursday. (Combined story for both games.)

May 16, JetHawks at Stockton Ports 2, 'Hawks 1. Lancaster lost its ninth and 10th straight games as Stockton swept a doubleheader. (Combined story for both games.)

May 17, JetHawks at Modesto JetHawks 2, A's 1. Ken Cloude pitched eight strong innings as Lancaster stopped its 10-game losing streak.

May 18, JetHawks at Modesto A's 5, JetHawks 2. Modesto sent Lancaster to its 15th loss in 18 games as the JetHawks were held to three hits.

Week 8

May 19, JetHawks at Modesto JetHawks 4, A's 2. Starting pitcher Brett Hinchliffe held the A's to four hits in seven innings and set the stage for victory.

May 20, No game.

May 21, San Jose at JetHawks Giants 7, JetHawks 4. Following a promising first inning, Lancaster gave up five runs in the second inning and was unable to comeback against the Northern Division's best team.

May 22, San Jose at JetHawks Giants 10, JetHawks 4. The Giants gave the JetHawks lessons at bat Wednesday, pounding out 15 hits through the first eight innings.

May 23, San Jose at JetHawks JetHawks 14, Giants 3. Lancaster broke out of an offensive slump to defeat San Jose.

May 24, Modesto at JetHawks

May 25, Modesto at JetHawks A's 8, JetHawks 7. Lancaster scored four times in the ninth inning, but fell one run short of tying Modesto.


Week 9

May 27, Modesto at JetHawks JetHawks 10, Blaze 1. After struggling against the Cal League's best teams for most of May, Lancaster pounded the co-op Blaze.

June 20, JetHawks at Rancho Cucamonga Quakes 6, JetHawks 4. Juan Melo had a key two-run double and pitcher Todd Erdos struck out the side in the ninth as Rancho Cucamonga beat the JetHawks.

June 21, JetHawks at Rancho Cucamonga 7:15 p.m.

June 22, Visalia at JetHawks Oaks 8, JetHawks 6. Lancaster's two-run, ninth-inning rally left the JetHawks just short.


Week 13

June 23, Visalia at JetHawks Oaks 15, JetHawks 14.

June 24, Visalia at JetHawks JetHawks 13, Oaks 4. Doug Carroll hit two home runs and Greg Wooten won in his Cal League debut as Lancaster ended a four-game losing streak.

June 25, Bakersfield at JetHawks JetHawks 4, Blaze 2. Lancaster starter Trey Moore regained his form from a successful 1995 season to lead the JetHawks past Bakersfield.

June 26, Bakersfield at JetHawks
Blaze 10, JetHawks 7. Bakersfield erased a 5-3 Lancaster lead with five runs in the sixth inning to beat the JetHawks.

June 27, Bakersfield at JetHawks JetHawks 5, Blaze 2. Brett Hinchliffe pitched seven scoreless innings to bring the 'Hawks to victory over the Blaze.

June 28, JetHawks at High Desert JetHawks 7, Mavericks 1. Pitcher Ken Cloude won his ninth game as the JetHawks pulled away from High Desert.

June 29, JetHawks at High Desert JetHawks 7, Mavericks 1. Greg Wooten pitched eight strong innings as Lancaster beat High Desert at Adelanto.

Week 14

June 30, JetHawks at High DesertMavericks 11, JetHawks 8. Trey Moore had his worst outing as a JetHawk on Sunday, allowing five earned runs in three innings in an 11-8 loss at High Desert.

July 1, JetHawks at Bakersfield JetHawks 15, Blaze 7. Lancaster pounded 17 hits and scored at least twice in five innings and Doug Carroll hit a three-run homer as the JetHawks routed Bakersfield.

July 2, JetHawks at Bakersfield JetHawks 9, Blaze 8. scored six runs in the third inning and withstood a late Bakersfield rally to win its second-straight game.

July 3, JetHawks at Bakersfield JetHawks 9, Blaze 4. Ricky Jordan, who was playing in his first game with the JetHawks, led Lancaster to its third-straight win with four hits and home run.

July 4, Stockton at JetHawks Ports 10, JetHawks 9. Lancaster rallied from a two-run deficit in the eighth inning to take a 9-7 lead, but Stockton rallied for three runs against reliever John Thompson for the win.

July 5, Stockton at JetHawks JetHawks 6, Ports 2. The JetHawks beat the Ports for the first time this year.

July 6, Stockton at JetHawks JetHawks 12, Ports 5. Shane Monahan hit two home runs and Jesus Marquez had five RBI as Lancaster beat Stockton.


Week 15

July 7, Lake Elsinore at JetHawks
July 8, Lake Elsinore at JetHawks JetHawks 15, Storm 2. The JetHawks once again supported Ken Cloude as Lancaster moved into a tie for first in the Southern Division.

July 9, Lake Elsinore at JetHawks Storm 12, JetHawks 4. Lake Elsinore infielder Joe Urso, who has hit three of his six homers against Lancaster, hit two home runs to lead the Storm.

July 10, Lake Elsinore at JetHawks Storm 13, JetHawks 10. Seattle Mariners pitcher Bob Wolcott gave up seven runs in six innings - including three home runs - as Lake Elsinore beat Lancaster.

July 11, No game.

July 12, JetHawks at San Bernardino Stampede 4, JetHawks 0. Dennis Reyes struck out 12 for the Stampede as the JetHawks lost their third-straight game.

July 13, JetHawks at San Bernardino Storm 6, JetHawks 4. San Bernardino's Chad Townsend broke a 4-4 tie with an RBI single in the eighth inning as the Stampede beat Lancaster.


Week 16

July 14, JetHawks at San Bernardino JetHawks 15, Storm 1.

July 15, High Desert at JetHawks Mavericks 8, JetHawks 2. The JetHawks failed to hold a 2-1 lead as High Desert scored six times in the ninth inning.

July 16, High Desert at JetHawks Mavericks 5, JetHawks 4. Lancaster's ninth-inning rally fell short as High Desert beat the JetHawks.

July 17, High Desert at JetHawksMavericks 5 Jethawks 4. Lancaster's ninth-inning rally fell short as High Desert beat the JetHawks.

July 18, High Desert at JetHawks Mavericks 10, JetHawks 5. High Desert completed a four-game sweep of Lancaster at The Hangar.

July 24, JetHawks at Modesto JetHawks 7, A's 5. Ken Cloude pitched a solid game as Lancaster atoned for blowing an eight-run lead Tuesday night.

July 25, JetHawks at Modesto A'9s, JetHawks 4. Modesto two hit home runs in a four-run sixth inning rally that propelled the A's past the JetHawks.

July 26, JetHawks at San Jose Giants 4, JetHawks 0.

July 27, JetHawks at San Jose Giants 6, JetHawks 5.
