LANCASTER - Five-time Grammy winner and 20-time Dove recipient Amy Grant will open the Lancaster Performing Arts Center's 15th season on Aug. 14. The eclectic lineup includes shows by Seal, Arlo Guthrie, the David Sanborn Group, Lily Tomlin and Vince Gill.   Complete story.

LANCASTER - Lancaster Sheriff's Target Oriented Policing unit announced resolving cases against a sex offender and a DVD movie pirate. SAN JOSE - Miguel Montero never hit many homers early in his career as a professional.
